It is a crash game with the timer taken out of it. The player rolls a wheel on the bag to set the stake, then throws punches in the first person. Every landed punch climbs the multiplier one rung — 6% a punch — and every punch risks tearing the bag open and ending the round.
The knockout rung is drawn server-side before the first punch lands, so the round is already decided while the player is deciding how far into it to go. That is what makes it verifiable afterwards, and it is also the reason the ladder has no ceiling: nothing about the draw depends on how long the round has run.
Every rung carries the same expected value. There is no right moment to stop.
For players who would rather not throw them, the lightning toggle runs autoplay: set a round count and limits, and each auto round resolves instantly at a provably fair rung.
